Refund Policy

Digital Readings — $2.99 per reading

Due to the nature of digital goods, individual readings are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your reading, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it or issue a credit.

Monthly Subscription — $9.99/month

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends. Partial month refunds are not issued.

Physical Deck (when available)

Pre-order deposits are refundable up until the print run begins. Once the deck has shipped, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost — please send a photo to hello@ynottarot.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
